While you’re busy running the business, reading the reports keeps getting pushed back to next week.
Nobody’s numbers but yours.
If your problem is somewhere else, I’ll look for it there in the 20 minutes.
THE SCORECARD
See where your business is most likely losing money.
It’s 15 questions about your own business and takes about 3 minutes. There’s no price on it and no pitch.
ScoreApp, a UK company, runs the scorecard and sends your answers to me.
I measure first, then build one thing and show you whether it moved the number.
Every step lands on one page you can check.
Home-services companies across the Midwest doing real volume.
I work with roofing, restoration, mitigation and plumbing companies on insurance-paid work. I also work with service shops that have crews in the field, like HVAC and electrical, and with project builders who have change orders on every job, like renovation, outdoor living and hardscape, and custom homes. I’ll be working with more of both as Kavoron grows. If you’re doing more than $1 million a year and a customer, a builder or a carrier still owes you for work you finished, this is for you, whatever kind of work you do. If most of your work is paid by carriers, that’s where I start.
A customer, a builder or a carrier still owes you for work you already finished.
Jobs grow past the estimate, and the paperwork doesn’t always grow with them.
You can’t say what each job made last month, only what the shop averaged.
Your P&L lands late enough that you’ve already made the decision it was supposed to inform.
Your office manager is holding the whole operation together across 40 browser tabs.
You’d rather see the number yourself.
If you’re a one-truck operation, this isn’t the right buy yet. The free 20 minutes will still point you to the two things to turn on in the software you already pay for.
Kansas City, both sides of the state line.
A person approves everything.
You own it all.
Your side of the desk.
Straight answers.
What does this cost?
The 20 minutes is free. The Revenue Recovery Blueprint is $2,000 flat, in writing, paid at signing. It’s the whole bill if we stop at day 14, and it credits in full toward the first build that kicks off within 45 days. Anything beyond that gets scoped in a conversation after your Blueprint, against your own measured numbers.
What’s the first step?
Book the free 20 minutes. We can set up a screen share, or you can send two reports and I’ll read them first. It’s your call, and everything else follows from what’s in them.
Do you have case studies?
Coming soon. Kavoron launched in October 2026.
Do you deal with my insurance company?
No. I don’t contact your carrier, work claims, take a percentage, or represent you or your customer. I tell your office which files to work and in what order, and I build the tracker that keeps that list current.
What do you need access to?
For the free 20 minutes, nothing. You drive the screen share, and I work with you to review the details. If you’d rather send two exports, that’s your call, and how I handle them is written on the Blueprint page. For the Blueprint itself, I need read-only access to your field software and your books, whether that’s QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or whatever you run.
Will this replace my office manager?
No. I’m not here to help you cut staff or downsize. I work with the team you already have and take the 40 browser tabs’ worth of busywork off your office manager’s plate, so they can spend their day on the work that makes them more effective and more valuable to you.
What if it breaks?
Every build goes live with systems in place that flag any step that fails, and with written steps for switching it off safely. On a monthly plan, I keep an eye on it with you, and once a month you get a short email that shows your Baseline number next to where it stands today.
Who owns the system?
You do. Your accounts and data are in your name from day one, and the system I build is yours once it’s paid for. It’s written into the agreement too.
We’re not technical. Is that a problem?
That’s normal for a home-service company. Every build comes with written instructions for the people who use it. If you keep me on a monthly plan after that, your team gets time with me each month to learn the parts they use day to day. On that plan, I also handle the technical upkeep that keeps it running and updated.
You shouldn’t have to wait until December to find out what you lost in June. The 20 minutes is how you find out sooner, and nothing gets built until the problem has a number on it and you’ve signed the page.
