Privacy Policy

Kavoron Automation, LLC · Effective: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026

We’re a small Kansas City-based company that helps home-service businesses find and fix revenue leaks. We built this policy the way we build everything else: so you can actually read it. It covers kavoron.com, the booking page, the text line, the free assessment (the Revenue Recovery Scorecard), the 20-minute read-out, and the reports you may choose to send us. Work we do for paying clients is governed by a signed agreement, not this page.

What we collect, and why

What you give us. If you book a call, take our assessment, or email or text us, we collect what you send: your name, email, phone number, business name, and what you wrote. We use it to reply to you, run the call you booked, score your assessment and send you the results, and — only if you asked for them — send you follow-up emails about working with us. That’s the whole reason we collect it.

If you book the 20-minute read-out. You pick how it goes. On a screen-share, you drive and I look — nothing leaves your machine, and I don’t take copies. I may use an AI notetaker on the call (Granola) so I can pay attention instead of typing; it’s a business tool set not to train on anything it hears, I’ll say so at the start, and if you’d rather not be transcribed, tell me and I’ll take notes by hand. Transcripts are deleted once my notes are written — and automatically after that, in case I forget; the notes stay with the conversation you started.

If you send me your reports (the free read). When you send your receivables aging and your job list, here’s my end of it. I’m the only person who reads them. I use software to read faster — set so nothing you send is used to train it — and the files live in an encrypted folder, not a text thread: when you email them, I move them there and delete the email copy. I don’t share them, I don’t publish anything from them — not even anonymized — and I never contact your carriers or your customers. If we don’t go further, I delete everything within 30 days and tell you when it’s done. The read is a free look at your quarter, not professional advice, and it doesn’t make you a client — that happens only when we both sign. Leave customer names off if you’d rather; I only need amounts and ages, and email beats text for files.

What arrives on its own. Like nearly every website, our hosting and analytics record basic technical data — pages visited, approximate region, browser type, and referring site — so we can see what’s useful and keep the site working. Our fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare; when your browser fetches a font file, those services see the same kind of basic request data (your IP address and browser type). We send them nothing else.

What we don’t collect here. No payment details (paying clients are invoiced separately through Stripe), no sensitive personal information, and nothing from anyone under 18 — this site is for business owners, and we don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

What we look up. When we reach out to a home-service company first, we may have found the owner’s business contact details — name, role, business email and phone — in a business-contact database (currently Apollo) or on the company’s own website. We use them only to make that first contact; one reply or one click stops it, as the “Email and texts” section says.

Who touches your information

We don’t sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Ever. A short list of service companies process it on our behalf, under their own contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

Website hosting — Framer B.V. (Netherlands). Hosts this site on Amazon Web Services and delivers its pages. Data stored on AWS with a global content-delivery network.

Assessment — Hyper Targeted Marketing Ltd, t/a ScoreApp (United Kingdom). Runs the assessment and stores your answers and contact details. Stored in the European Union.

Workflow automation — n8n GmbH (Germany). Moves your finished assessment from our scorecard provider into our customer records. Stored in the European Union.

Customer records — Mango Technologies, Inc., t/a ClickUp (United States). Our customer records: your contact details, your assessment answers, and where our conversation stands. Stored in the United States.

Scheduling — Calendly LLC (United States). Books the calls you request. Stored in the United States.

Meeting notes — Granola, Inc. (United States). The AI notetaker on the read-out call, if you’re fine with one; it transcribes so I can listen, on settings that don’t train on what it hears. Stored in the United States.

Email, documents, and our business phone line — Google LLC, Google Workspace and Google Voice (United States). Our business email, files, and the number you can text. Stored in the United States.

Reading tools — Anthropic PBC (United States). Helps me read your assessment answers and the reports you send, on a business account set not to train on your data. Stored in the United States.

Video player — Loom (Atlassian, United States). Plays the short walkthrough videos on our Proof page; loads only when you open a page with a video on it. Stored in the United States.

Business-contact data — ZenLeads, Inc., d/b/a Apollo.io (United States). Where we look up and check the business contact details of companies we reach out to first. Based in the United States.

We tell you this plainly because most websites don’t: your assessment answers are stored in the EU by our UK-based scorecard provider, encrypted, under contract, and a copy of your answers and contact details goes into our customer records in the United States. If anything about that matters to your business, ask us — it’s a two-minute conversation.

We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it (a valid subpoena, for example), or to protect against fraud or abuse of the site.

Email and texts

If you take the assessment, your results arrive by email, with at most one follow-up from me after that. If you ask us to stay in touch, we’ll email you. Every marketing email we send identifies us, includes our mailing address, and has a working unsubscribe — click it once, or reply “unsubscribe,” and we stop; we honor opt-outs promptly as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. Replying to a human email thread is always just a conversation, not a subscription.

Texts to our number reach a person — Jared — not a system. We don’t send automated or bulk text messages, we don’t add you to any texting list, and we only text you back in the conversation you started. Text STOP at any time and we won’t text you again.

How long we keep it

Contact details and assessment responses are kept while they’re useful for the conversation you started, and deleted when they’re not. Reports you send for a free read are deleted within 30 days if we don’t go further, as described above. If you become a client, your information moves under our signed agreement, which spells out its own data-handling and deletion commitments in writing.

Your choices

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email us and we’ll do it, usually within a few days, and we’ll confirm when it’s done. We don’t discriminate against anyone for asking. Unsubscribing is one click or one reply — no forms, no questions asked.

California visitors: this policy is our disclosure under California’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law. Our site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals; we treat everyone’s data the way this policy describes, which is more protective than most sites’ defaults.

Cookies

Our analytics are Framer’s privacy-focused analytics. The site sets only the cookies needed to function, plus whatever the booking widget sets on the Contact page, whatever the scorecard sets while you take it, and whatever the video player sets when you play a video on the Proof page. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.

Security

The site and every service above use encryption in transit; our own accounts run on hardware security keys and a password manager. No one can promise perfect security, so we promise the honest version: we collect little, we share it with few, and if a breach ever affected your information we would notify you as Missouri law (RSMo 407.1500) and any other applicable state law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, if you’re on our email list and the change affects you, tell you directly.
