The Kavoron Method

I measure first, then build one thing.

We look at your numbers together, and you decide what gets fixed.

When software gets installed and nobody changes how the work flows, it ends up as a browser tab nobody opens. The Kavoron Method has 5 steps: educate, baseline, deploy, operate and compound. I’m with you for every big decision. Nothing gets built until it’s aimed at a number we’ve already measured together.

01

01

Educate

You learn where your money goes in the reports you already have.

This step is for you, the owner. In the free 20 minutes, you share your screen or send me two reports, and I tell you what I see. If you go on to the Blueprint, I go through it with you at the read-out. Ongoing time with your team on what I build comes with a monthly plan, under Operate.

02

02

Baseline

Your real numbers, from your own systems, signed off by you.

Before I propose anything, we agree in writing on where you stand today: what comes in on the phones, what’s sitting in receivables and what each job cost. It takes under two hours of your time. I work in your systems with read-only access, so nothing changes and nothing gets installed. Every fix after that gets measured against this page. Peak season is a good time to do it, because if I measure in the slow season, I’m measuring a quieter shop.

03

03

Deploy

One fix at a time, aimed at a number you already agreed was real.

The Blueprint names the one build worth doing first. Before it goes live, I run it against your own job history with you watching. If it doesn’t hold up on your jobs, I don’t ship it.

04

04

Operate

It keeps working, and you can see that it does.

This step comes with a monthly plan. Systems drift when software updates or staff changes. I keep an eye on what I built, and I get an alert if a step fails. You’re busy running the business, so once a month I send you one short email that shows your Baseline number next to where it stands today. Your team also gets time with me each month to learn the parts they use day to day.

05

05

Compound

Each quarter, the next fix stacks on the last one.

The baseline makes every improvement measurable. Each quarter we pick the next number worth moving and work on that one together.

Compound

Each quarter, the next fix stacks on the last one.

The baseline makes every improvement measurable. Each quarter we pick the next number worth moving and work on that one together.

The Baseline measures the same five things every time: what each job made · what you’re owed · what you did and never billed · what came back on you · whether the month closed.

Some problems don’t need a build from me. If a feature you already pay for solves it, I’ll tell you to turn it on, and that costs you nothing. If a good off-the-shelf tool solves it, I’ll point you to it, and if the vendor pays me a referral fee, I disclose that in writing, every time. Part of the job is telling you which fix is which, even when the answer earns me nothing.

The first step only takes 20 minutes. We can set up a screen share, or you can send two reports and I’ll read them first. Either way, I’ll tell you what I see on one call.
