These terms cover your use of kavoron.com, including the free assessment (the Revenue Recovery Scorecard), the 20-minute read-out, and the free read of any reports you choose to send us. They are short on purpose. If you hire us, our signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work govern that engagement — not this page.

1. What this site is. Information about Kavoron Automation, LLC, educational content about revenue recovery and operations for home-service businesses, a free assessment, a free read of two reports you can send us, and a way to book a conversation. It’s marketing and education, not professional advice — nothing here is legal, financial, accounting, or insurance advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when we both sign an agreement.

2. The free read, the assessment, the read-out, and our numbers. If you send us your receivables aging and a job list, or walk us through your numbers on a screen-share, the read-out we give you is our honest look at what we saw — an educational observation, not a measurement of your business, a promise of results, or an offer. The free assessment scores the answers you give it. Its result is educational, built only from what you typed. We don’t promise outcomes anywhere on this site; the only numbers we ever stand behind are the ones measured in a client’s own systems, under a signed agreement, and any client experiences we publish are shared with written permission and aren’t a guarantee your results will match (see the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255, which we follow). Any figures shown on this site as examples are labeled as samples and are not from a client.

3. Your input. Don’t send information you don’t have the right to share, and don’t put other people’s private information in an email or a text. When you send reports for a free read, leave customer names off if you can — we only need amounts and ages — and send files by email rather than text where possible. What you send is handled per our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content. The text, graphics, frameworks, the walkthrough videos, and the Kavoron name and logo belong to Kavoron Automation, LLC. You’re welcome to quote small portions with attribution and a link; don’t republish pages wholesale or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Acceptable use. No scraping at scale, probing, or interfering with the site or the assessment; no using email or the text line to send us malicious content.

6. Third-party services. The assessment, scheduling, hosting, video playback, our reading and note-taking tools, and our customer records run on third-party platforms (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their availability isn’t ours to guarantee, and links to other sites don’t mean we vouch for them.

7. The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide the site and its content without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent Missouri law allows, we aren’t liable for damages arising from your use of the site, the free read, the read-out, or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you’re a client, your remedies live in our signed agreement.

8. Housekeeping. These terms are governed by Missouri law. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. We can update these terms by posting a new version with a new date; continued use after that is acceptance. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about using this site.
